My mom is very happy with this!!
My mom was upset because she bought one of these (same brand but not from Amazon) and she couldn't understand why it wouldn't stay open. She kept telling everyone "this thing should have a spring or something!". Unfortunately the other one had to be thrown out and she got a new one, different brand. She was struggling with the height on the new one. We found this and tried again. This one has a spring!!! Apparently the first one was missing that. She is super happy now!! It works great!
